Kate Gorman joins the Lean Performance team in 2014.
Kate comes from a health and fitness background and is a Figure Competitor with the INBA. She has been weight training for the past 5 years has a great knowledge and experience to help clients train for strength and lean muscle gains as well as for fat loss and conditioning.
As a mother of two, Kate understands the pressures of a busy lifestyle and is a passionate advocate of the mental health benefits that can be achieved through strong nutritional and training habits. Whatever your goal, Kate can help you be the best you can be.
Kayla Moore joins the Lean Performance team in 2015.
Kayla Moore has worked in the nutrition and fitness industry of 2 years, with a boundless passion for changing people’s lives for the better.
Kayla engages with her clients on a daily basis ensuring consistency with training, nutrition and setting dynamic health goals.
Her training approach is derived from many years preforming on the international Surf Life Saving stage. Training and motivation was major influences on Kayla as an athlete, which has shaped the fitness Professional she is today.
